PEEKSKILL -- Irish Tenor Ronan Tynan will return to Peekskill this fall for a fundraising concert for the Sam OItice Heroes Remembered Memorial and the Hudson Valley Irish Center. The concert will be held at the Paramount Center for the Arts on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. All concert seats are $40. For more information, go to www.paramountcenter.org.
