Motorists should be prepared for traffic stoppages later this week on the Saw Mill River Parkway.
Between 11 a.m. and noon on Friday, July 23, 15-minute traffic stoppages are expected along the northbound and southbound parkway between Exit 12 in Hastings-on-Hudson and Exit 17 in Dobbs Ferry, the New York State Department of Transportation said.
The department said a temporary bridge will be dismantled at Ravensdale Road during this time.
Motorists are asked to drive responsibly in work zones and to slow down.
