Delays On 684 South Between Exits 4, 3

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- There are stop-and-go delays on Interstate 684 South in the area between Route 172/Exit 4 and Route 22/Exit 3.

The delays are the result of two lanes being closed for continuing maintenance work.
