BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Michaela Kennedy Cuomo, the 17-year-old daughter of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was hospitalized after being found unconscious in the Bedford home she shares with her mother, Kerry Kennedy, on Wednesday, News 12 Westchester reports.
Michaela Cuomo was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where she was treated and released, after Bedford police responded to a medical emergency at Chestnut Ridge Road in Bedford.
Gov. Cuomo's office did not release any further information. Gov. Cuomo lives in New Castle with his girlfriend, television chef and author Sandra Lee.
Michaela Cuomo is the youngest of Gov. Cuomo and Kerry Kennedy's three children. Twins sisters Mariah and Cara are 20. Andrew Cuomo and Kerry Kennedy divorced in 2003 after 13 years of marriage.
Kerry Kennedy is the seventh of 11th children of former Attorney General and U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, brother of President John F. Kennedy.
