Letter: Roberts, Vander Linden for Town Board

The following is a Letter to the Editor 

 

To the Editor:

I’m writing to ask you to join me in supporting my friends, Peter Michaelis for County Legislator and Luke Vander Linden for Bedford Town Board, and, of course, our Supervisor Lee Roberts. There is a critical election on Tuesday, November 8th that will have a great impact on families in Bedford and Westchester.

Lee Roberts has shown time and time again that nobody works harder for Bedford. She has never shied away from the tough decisions. She deserves your vote.

Peter Michaelis understands that Westchester is no longer affordable for many of our neighbors and that families need tax relief now.  Peter Michaelis will work with County Executive Rob Astorino to reduce the out-of-control taxes, stop the wasteful spending of our hard-earned tax dollars, and defend local control over our housing decisions.

Luke Vander Linden is bright, energetic, articulate and involved.  He wants to protect our unique way of life here, while bringing a fresh perspective to the Town Board.  Luke wants to make our town’s taxes more manageable, improve the town’s communication with our residents and protect the community organizations that are the hallmark of our small town way-of-life.
