Boutique Merges Fitness, Fashion, Cancer Awareness

Lv2bfit held a grand opening celebration of the new fashion fitness boutique on Oct. 20 in Rye Brook, NY. Patty Palmieri, founder and a resident of Bedford, told the more than 200 guests that 10 percent of the proceeds from the evening would be donated to Women At Risk, the Breast Cancer program at the New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

Joan Feinstein, Mayor of Rye, kicked off the event with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Guests were able to tour the 1652 square foot facility, located at 13 Rye Ridge Plaza in Rye Brook, as well as enjoy hors d’oervres and live music.

“I envisioned a store that was chic and offered premiere fitness apparel that Westchester and Fairfield residents didn’t have to travel to the city to find,” Palmieri said. “It’s great to have the community here sharing this moment with me.”

Lv2bfit carries a variety of exercise lines such as Splits59, Twisted Hearts, Blue Fish and more. Palmieri says shoppers will find one of a kind fashion opportunities for the gym.
