BEDFORD, N.Y. – Bedford’s Jill Brooke recently published a new book, "The Need to Say No” for people who say yes too frequently.
According to the website for the book, "there has been much media attention on childhood bullying, but little reporting on adult bullying, which can be more subtle but just as damaging."
Brooke, a former CNN correspondent and editor in chief of Travel Savvy, offers advice on how to “recognize and manage the stampeding bulls.” She offers 10 types of “bulls” people encounter and how to deal with them.
Brooke is the playwright of “What’s Eating You” and also wrote “Don’t Let Death Ruin Your Life.” She is also a columnist for Westchester magazine.
