Citron is a co-managing partner of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, a leading law and government relations firm. The 2013 NYER Accountant & Attorney Awards: The Advisors You Need, presented along with Citibank, recognized the top seven accountants and top seven attorneys in the New York tri-state area.
Recipients were selected from more than 80 nominations based on their commitment to the success of their small and midsize business clients.

Citron has assisted New York privately held companies with all of their legal and businesses needs for more than 25 years. Acting as their general counsel, he advises on banking relations, general administration, employment, contract law, real estate leasing and acquisitions and other business related issues.
Citron received a B.S./B.A. in Real Estate from the American University in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He has served on the boards of numerous private, charitable and other not-for-profit corporations, including: Young Men’s Philanthropic League, United Hebrew Geriatric Center and Fenway Golf Club where he served as president. Most recently, Citron was named to the Provident Bank NYC Metro Business Leadership Counsel.
