Bedford Historical Society To Honor Tony Godino

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The Bedford Historical Society will honor one of its most active contributors and the founder of the Leatherman's Loop 10K Trail Race with "A Tribute to Tony Godino" on April 19 at 7 p.m.

"Tony Godino's passion for history and his eagerness to share it have resulted in countless contributions to the community," the Historical Society said in a statement.

The event will include food, refreshments, a photo exhibit, speakers, the Leatherman's Loop Songsters, a preview of a documentary about the Leatherman's Loop and more. The final two spots in Sunday's Leatherman's Loop trail race will also be auctioned off.
