The June 12 event will run from 4-6 p.m., and the June 13 event will run from 3-6 p.m. The store will partner with KR Cafe, which will provide the menu both days.

Fine Lines has been serving customers from Westchester and beyond since November 1995. Started by entrepreneurs Barry and Laura Marks, the shop focuses on selling fine stationery and invitations for special occasions but also carries a unique collection of greeting cards, hostess gifts, writing journals, wrapping paper and themed items for dog lovers. Laura Marks continues to operate the store even after her husband's death in 2014.

“We thought it would be fun to work with KR Cafe to provide a real local flavor to the event,” Marks said.

KR Cafe, at the corner of Parkway and Katonah Avenue, presents a modern twist on the traditional American diner. Owners Sascha and Evan Greenberg opened KR Cafe in January after extensive renovations to the former Katonah Restaurant.

“Though our location is iconic, KR Café is really the new kid in town,” Sascha said. “We’re thrilled to partner with Fine Lines to celebrate the vitality of downtown Katonah, combining long-lasting businesses with innovative new ventures.”

Everyone who stops in the store during the event will be entered into a free raffle to win one of 20 $20 gift certificates toward any purchase at Fine Lines. The store will also offer 20 percent savings on in-store purchases during the open house events. Details will be posted to the store’s website, www.finelineskatonah.com.
