Drunk Morris County Driver Left Crash Scene, Blew Red Light, Police Say A 44-year-old Budd Lake man is facing several charges after drunkenly crashing his car into a highway guardrail, driving away and then blowing a red light, authorities said. Elias N. Otalora-Losada was headed westbound on Route 46 when he crashed his 2014 Nissan into a guardrail and then left the scene, failing to stop at the traffic signal at the intersection of International Drive early Sunday morning, Mount Olive police said in a news release.
