Popular Bergen County Chef Competing On New Season Of 'Hell's Kitchen' Two New Jersey chefs, including one who works in Philadelphia, are on a brand-new season of "Hell's Kitchen" with Gordon Ramsay. Joe Tartamella, 35, the executive chef at Felina Restaurants in Ridgewood, Jersey City, and Summit, and Kyle Timpson, 30, of Dennis Township (Cape May County) are among the 18 contestants on a brand-new season of the hit FOX cooking competition. The restaurant owner, however, maintains all necessary steps were taken.  It all started Nov. 8, when an employee tested positive. Three days later, Christian Zarate quit his job as a server at the Summit location.
