The Old Farmer's Almanac has released its winter weather predictions for the 2024-25 season. This year's title speaks for itself: "The 2025 Old Farmer’s Almanac Forecasts a 'Calmer, Gentler' Winter." With a new winter storm taking aim on the area, the National Weather Service released an updated report Tuesday morning with the latest snowfall projections for Wednesday.
