The blaze was started on the second floor of the building on Clifton Avenue near Paulison Avenue around 12:30 a.m. June 30. The site houses an OB-GYN and infertility clinic. Officers responding to a 2 a.m. call said they found both men fighting on Burgess Place near Paulison Avenue. The victim apparently had followed the other man there after seeing him rummaging through his vehicle and discovering the graffiti, Sgt. Robert Anderson said. The boy was driving a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon that slammed into the 2006 Suzuki at the intersection of Paulison and Union avenues around 9 p.m. Friday, ejecting Nadeem Asfour of Paterson, authorities said.
