Nylah Anderson, 10, was found unconscious in her Chester bedroom on Dec. 12 after trying the "Blackout Challenge," which encourages participants to hold their breath until they pass out, Daily Voice previously reported. Police Bust 55 New Jersey Teens Partying At Vermont Vacation Home Vermont State Police busted 55 New Jersey high school seniors drinking at a house rented by parents early Sunday morning, authorities said. The teenagers had "a vast quantity of alcohol and a civil amount of marijuana" when troopers arrived at the West Hill Road home at 12:35 a.m., in Jamaica, V.T., Sgt. Ryan Wood said. Police did not disclose where in New Jersey the students were from.
