DUI Driver Indicted In Crash That Killed Double Organ Transplant Survivor In NJ A Delaware man was accused of driving drunk, speeding, and ignoring a red light in a crash that killed a woman in Atlantic County, authorities said. Kevin Wilson, 63, of New Castle, was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday, Mar. 19 for first-degree aggravated manslaughter, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. The indictment came after a deadly crash in Buena Vista Township on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Daishaliz Velez Fernandez, who has no known connection to the child, was being held in a Delaware jail after allegedly taking the child from Harvest Point Apartments in Salem, the outlet says citing authorities.
