'The Couture Surgeon' Charged With DUI In Ridgewood Crash (Update) Police have identified the 44-year-old driver arrested following a crash Wednesday morning, Sept. 18 in Ridgewood. Julie Ferrauiola, of Haworth, has been charged with DUI, DUI through a school crossing with children present, and use of a handheld phone, and traffic on marked lanes in connection with the E.
