Wyckoff PD: Off-Duty Officer From Another Town Helps Catch 'Booster Bag' Shoplifter An off-duty police officer from another town helped Wyckoff's finest catch a shoplifter who was using a “booster bag” to try and avoid detection. When two men split up after stuffing the merchandise into the bag at a local store, the officer followed one of them while alerting Wyckoff police, Lt. Joseph Soto said.
