Patshawn McMitchell, 24, was tracked down in Watertown, NY -- 30 miles from the Canadian border -- and returned to Queens on Thursday, police said. Rockland Father Charged In Beating Of 5-Month-Old Now Hospitalized A man is behind bars for beating a 5-month-old baby, breaking ribs and causing a skull fracture, according to the Spring Valley Police Department. Jonathan Castillo was arrested after Child Protective Services were notified by officials at Westchester Medical Center that the child had been admitted with serious injuries, Spring Valley Police Officer Matthew Gail said.  A joint investigation by the police department and protective services was initiated and ended with the arrest of Castillo, said Gail.  He was charged with assault and criminal contempt and is being held on $500,000 bail.
