Investigators made the buys after learning in November that Steven Lanza, 61, was dealing the prescribed painkiller, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said. They arrested him Tuesday on drug distribution charges after the third buy, records show. Lanza was released pending an April 4 first appearance in Central Judicial Municipal Court in Hackensack.
