Arrest Made In Stabbing At Oakland's Cafe L'Amore: Prosecutor A 34-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing at an Italian restaurant in Bergen County on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 21, authorities said. Jose Higinio Ramos Solis, of Oakland, was arrested and charged after stabbing a 53-year-old man inside Cafe L'Amore at 455 Ramapo Valley Road, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Officials determined that Ramos Solis approached the victim inside the establishment and used a large knife to carry out the attack.
