The New England Patriot's wide receiver helped defeat the Steelers Sunday night, 36-17, and will face the Atlanta Falcons on Feb. 5 in Super Bowl LI.
Hogan played football and lacrosse for Ramapo High School. He was the first-team All-New Jersey performer as a junior and senior in lacrosse and an all-state first teamer as a senior in football.
The Bergen County athlete went on to play football for one season at Monmouth after graduating from Penn State in 2010, where he played three seasons of college lacrosse.
He was originally signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Hogan also played for the New York Giants, Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.
