Judge Denies Wyckoff GOP Committee Candidate Yudin's Ballot Challenge

WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Republican Township Committee candidate Susan Yudin's fourth challenge of independent Thomas Madigan's nominating petition has hit a snag, according to an article on northjersey.com.

State Superior Court Judge Mitchel Ostrer recently denied Yudin's motion to prevent the county from printing ballots for the Nov. 3 election before her appeal of a decision finding Madigan's petition valid could be heard, the article said.

In another ruling, Ostrer affirmed the decision by a state Superior Court judge that validated Madigan's candidacy "substantially for the reasons" she had set forth, the article said.
