YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A tractor-trailer keeled in Franklin Lakes this morning, closing southbound Route 208.

The incident occurred about 10:40 a.m. near Colonial Road.

Besides Franklin Lakes police and DPW workers, the New Jersey Department of Transportation was on the scene.
