A judge ordered Al-Quon Hopkins, 31, held on $250,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail on charges of aggravated sexual assault.
Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said members of his Special Investigations Unit and Wyckoff police arrested Hopkins after the woman – who booked the ride online -- called 911.
Hopkins "no longer has access to the app moving forward," Nj.com said it was told by a spokeswoman. "He will no longer drive for Uber."
A Nov. 4 first appearance was scheduled in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
