Steven P. Felice, 23, was taken into custody by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Cyber Crimes Unit during a raid on his home, authorities said.
He was charged with cyber harassment, invasion of privacy, contempt of court and wrongful access/disclosure of personal information, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
A judge in September 2014 had ordered Felice “not to communicate and/or harass the victim” as part of a final restraining order, Grewal said.
Felice -- a graduate of Midland Park High School and Bergen Community College -- was released without bail pending a March 29 first appearance in Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
