The 43-year-old victim told police he’d just been held up inside the Eighth Avenue terminal around 6 p.m. during the Thursday evening rush.

He described his assailant as having several piercings, among other descriptives.

Soon after, Port Authority police spotted and arrested 27-year-old Noel Torres and charged him with criminal possession of a weapon. Additional charges were likely.

Torres, who told police he’s homeless, was arrested in Brooklyn for robbery in June and was wanted by Queens police for a similar crime, records show.
