Witnesses alerted a PAPD officer to 25-year-old Joshua Davis, who was found walking along the south tube catwalk at 2:50 p.m., the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT tonight.

Davis argued with the officer, was taken into custody and searched, Pentangelo said. Police charged him with criminal trespassing and drug and weapons possession, he said.

Traffic was disrupted for about 20 minutes.
