Franklin Lakes police say carnival worker had heroin, Xanax

Nathaniel Oliver, 53, of Newark was released pending a court hearing on drug charges after police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Market Basket Field on Saturday, Lt. John Bakelaar said this morning.

Sgt. Robert Lyon and Officer Donald Wilson investigated.
