Franklin Lakes police charge trio in Stop & Shop credit card fraud

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Franklin Lakes police arrested three people in connection with a bogus credit card purchase at the local Stop & Shop.

Charged with forgery, credit card fraud and theft by deception are Lymel Ratliff, 25, and Kirt Cole, 26, both of Brooklyn, and 20-year-old Jaerria Jordan of Detroit, Lt. John Bakelaar said this afternoon.

All three were ordered held on $25,000 bail each in the Bergen County Jail, he said.

Oakland police and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office assisted, the lieutenant said.
