Franklin Lakes Police Ask: Who Flooded Rental Property Under Construction?

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. – Franklin Lakes police were trying to find who purposely flooded a rental property under construction.

Anyone who might have seen something or has information that could help identify the culprit or culprits is asked to contact Franklin Lakes police: (201) 891-3131.

The owner of the Colonial Road property told police the vandal or vandals entered the building and caused the damage sometime between Thursday and Saturday, Capt. John Bakelaar said.

The Bergen County Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Identification collected evidence for processing.

Bakelaar asked that anyone who might have seen something or has information that could help identify the culprit or culprits contact Franklin Lakes police: (201) 891-3131.
