Franklin Lakes police arrest two from NY on credit card, heroin-related charges

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Franklin Lakes police arrested an Orange County, NY couple after a Stop & Shop store manager caught them using a stolen credit card, authorities said.

Responding officers found Michael Rivera, 31, and Anna Jean Bissoondatt, 27, both of Cornwall-On-Hudson, sitting in a car parked outside the store Sunday afternoon with heroin, a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia, Lt. John Bakelaar told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Both remained held on $10,000 bail each in the Bergen County Jail today on credit card theft and fraud charges, as well as drug-related counts.
