Excavator falls from trailer onto Route 208 in Wyckoff

PHOTOS: An excavator fell off a trailer onto southbound Route 208 in Wyckoff near Russell Avenue just after noon, tying up traffic.

No injuries were reported and no other vehicles were involved, police said. State Department of Transporation authorities said the roadway needed repair.
