Authorities accused Kevin Convery, 18, of Wyckoff of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old student at the school’s Bronx campus in Riverdale a week and a half ago.

“Convery allegedly met the woman at a concert in the college gym and was invited back to her dorm room the night they met,” CBS2 reported.

“The pair engaged in consensual kissing, but when it turned sexual, the woman said she did not want to engage in sexual relations, sources said.”

“I do not want to have sex,” a complaint filed by detectives alleges, after which he started to but she pushed him away, saying, “I told you no.”

There was no violence or alcohol involved, the report said.

A judge ordered Convery released without bail pending a June 23 return during an arraignment yesterday.

Manhattan College issued a statement: “The incident was reported to the college the day it occurred. The college provided immediate assistance to the student who made the report and provided assistance to the student’s family. Our immediate concern in such instances is the health and safety of the student and we continue to cooperate fully with the New York Police Department.”
