Nancy Luedke, 87, Wyckoff Resident

WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Nancy (Carlough) Luedke, of Wyckoff, died on Tuesday, March 29. She was 87.

Luedke was raised in Prospect Park, and she lived in North Haledon before moving to Wyckoff one year ago. Before she retired 1988, she was the assistant court clerk for the Borough of North Haledon.

She was a member of Cedar Cliff Methodist Church in Haledon, where she served as choir director for many years.

Luedke is survived by her daughters, Peggy Purwin and her husband Steven of Wyckoff, and Susan Graham and her husband Doug of Waitsfield, Vermont; grandchildren Brian Purwin, Kristin Pabalinas, Scott Graham and Amy Graham; great-grandson Dylan Normile; and sister Betty Snow of Glen Rock.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Luedke.

Visiting hours will be from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Rd., in Franklin Lakes, followed by an 11 a.m. service. Interment will be at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, in Totowa.
