FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Nancy Hill, 85, of Franklin Lakes, died Sunday, Sept. 4.
Hill was born in Springfield in 1931 and resided in Franklin Lakes.
She was a homemaker for many years before starting her own business, Something Special for Someone Special, and later Above the Salt with her husband, Jack Hill.
She is survived by her husband; four children, Bill, Heidi, Melissa and Amy; stepson, Graeme; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her brothers, Bruce and Thomas.
She was predeceased by her brother, John.
Visiting hours will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth’s R.C. Church, 700 Wyckoff Ave. Interment to follow at Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery, 580 Wyckoff Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge, Inc., 2 Shelter Lane, Oakland.
