FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Margaret O'Marra, of Franklin Lakes, died on Saturday, June 25. She was 92.
Born in Jersey City, O'Marra was a longtime resident of Franklin Lakes. She was a homemaker and a parishioner at Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Franklin Lakes, where she was a Eucharist minister.
She is survived by her children, Frank O’Marra Jr. and his wife Michele, Margaret O'Marra, Michael O'Marra and his wife Cheryl, and John O'Marra and his wife Irene; grandchildren Daniel, Meghan, Morgan, Kelsey, Hayley, Madeline and Grayson; and sister Mary Tarcilia.
O'Marra was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Frank O'Marra.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., in Wyckoff. A 10 a.m. funeral mass will be held on Wednesday at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 787 Franklin Lakes Rd. Interment will follow at Christ the King Cemetery, also located in Franklin Lakes.
