FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Leaf Compost Drop-off Facility in Franklin Lakes will be open on weekends from 9 a.m. to noon, beginning Sunday, April 3, to receive leaves from residents only.

No professional landscapers will be allowed to use the facility.

The drop-off facility is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. For those who need assistance dropping off leaves, call the Department of Public Works at (201) 891-4333.

The facility is on DeKorte Drive in Franklin Lakes, across from the police station.
