"The Link" will provide five sessions for seventh- and eighth-graders to help them connect and prepare for high school and the formative years ahead.

In these sessions, students will be empowered to make good choices, be armed with tools to keep them grounded, overcome personal barriers and stay on track.

Nutrition, peer pressure and stress are just a sampling of the topics to be covered.

"The Link" will from 6:30-8:45 p.m. Tuesdays in May. The cost for five sessions is $50, and each session will include dinner, group discussion, message and a fun activity.
