Just go to "Events" on the left hand side of the home page and find "post your event" near the middle of the page.Add your information AND a photo (our new calendar is BIG on photos) and you're good to go.

One suggestion: Click the "include map" checkbox once you've typed in your address. This way a map to your event will automatically pop up in your posting(!).
