Check in will begin at 5 a.m. and run until 6:15. The race starts a half hour later.
Competitors will meet at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes for the half mile swim, 17 mile bike ride, and five mile run.
A post-race award ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m.
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers; the top three Clydesdale (men over 200 pounds) finishers; top three Athena (women over 150 pounds); and top three relay teams.
The event is sponsored by the Wyckoff Family YMCA, Wyckoff-Midland Park Rotary Club and the Franklin Lakes Mayor's Wellness Committee.
