The event costs $35 and includes a meal. It will feature a workshop with Gebhardt, a Certified Chopra Center Ayurvedic Educator.
Fall is a time of change, we see these changes in nature all around us. The trees and flowers are quietly changing color, and slowly the leaves begin to fall. Ayurveda teaches us we are part of nature. Autumn is Vata season. The workshop will explore daily routine, seasonal recipes, and Ayurvedic principles to guide people to take a few simple steps to balance.
Handouts, recipes and a light, refreshing Ayurvedic fall dinner and a delicious aromatic tea will be served. Seating is limited.
