Gotcha! Police Nab Man Wanted In Unprovoked Newark Penn Station Attack NJ Transit police arrested a man they say knocked a victim out cold in an unprovoked assault last year. Teddy Johnson, 34, is accused of knocking the older victim out cold during a March 6, 2020 assault near the east exit outside Newark Penn Station, transit police said. Johnson, of Newark, was arrested Jan. 23 at the Market Street bus stop while wearing pants that matched the suspect’s clothing description, which police say tipped them off.
