A nationally-recognized ramen restaurant is opening its first East Coast location in New Jersey. TSUJITA is expected to open in Fort Lee the first week of September. The ramen restaurant taking the area by storm has opened its sixth New Jersey location and has plans for three more. Ani Ramen House recently opened on Walnut Avenue in Cranford.
