Flash Flood: Motorists Rescued, Vehicles Float, Roads Jammed Throughout Area Some cars flipped while many floated, responders rescued dozens of motorists whose vehicles became submerged and traffic throughout Bergen and Passaic counties was paralyzed by the hard rain that fell Monday afternoon. TJ Pope Of Manville Dies, 32 Thomas Justin "TJ" Pope of Manville died on Wednesday, May 26. He was 32 years old. Born in Plainfield, TJ was a lifelong resident of Manville. Julie Miller, 32 and Elizabeth Doty, 21 were assigned to the grooming area of a PetSmart in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood when A.J. Ross, local CBS Sports reporter and Pittsburgh native, came in with her 12-year-old toy poodle Kobe for a nail trim on Nov. 17, as stated in court documents.
