Case Of Mumps Confirmed In NJ Prompts Warning From State Health Officials The New Jersey Department of Health announced it's investigating eight suspected cases of mumps in one family cluster in Hunterdon County. One case of measles has been confirmed in the state this year, NJDOH said. The mumps case is related to international travel, NJDOH said.
