Rock Gym Among 3 New Tenants Leasing Space In Montclair Development
A rock gym, art school and medical center have been signed leases at the new mixed-use development coming to Montclair. The 3,300-square-foot facility is slated to open in the first half of 2021 next to the Wellmont Theater, Jersey Digs reports. The tenants are: One River School: Founded in 2012, in the Englewood-based art school has a mission to "transform art education." The studio offers in-person and online classes at 13 studios.
