Carolina Nunez, who owned and operated Carolina Nunez Skincare Salon, allegedly offered and performed numerous services that she was not licensed to do, including  dermal filler injections, Botox injections, cosmetic tattooing, platelet rich plasma treatments  and the using a hyaluronic pen, Platkin said.  The salon was not licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling, Platkin said.
