Caretaker Accused Of Neglecting, Siphoning $90K From Union County Woman, 90 A caretaker is accused of neglecting and stealing nearly $90,000 from an elderly Union County woman over the course of four years, authorities said Thursday. The 90-year-old victim had been living rent-free in her home on the 400 block of North Avenue in Fanwood when Castor A. Toro, 52, began opening credit cards in her name without her knowledge or consent,  Acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo said.
