Three Teens Nabbed After Stealing Car, Fleeing From Officers: Secaucus PD Three teenage boys were arrested and charged after they stole a car, hit a police vehicle and fled from officers in Secaucus on the early morning of Friday, June 9 authorities said.  At 5:03 a.m., a police officer observed a black Kia Forte with no lights on and occupied by four people wearing ski masks near Radio Avenue by Route 3 West, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
